Three-Time Latin Grammy Winner, Andrés Cepeda

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (April 10, 2024) – Ensemble Arts Philly, the new presenting brand of the Kimmel Cultural Campus and The Philadelphia Orchestra, in association with Metropolitan Entertainment, welcomes Latin Grammy Award-winning singer, Andrés Cepeda, and his renowned Tengo Ganas Tour to the Miller Theater on May 2, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. This performance will be in Spanish.

Cepeda is one of the most recognized singer-songwriters in the Latin-American music scene, boasting a successful music career spanning more than 30 years. Celebrated for his soul-stirring romantic ballads, Latin jazz fusion, and unforgettable pop melodies, the Colombian artist promises a night filled with emotional intensity. He has received thirteen nominations and has won three Latin Grammy Awards. The Tengo Ganas Tour is unlike any of his previous tours; it’s pop, it's rock, it's electric guitars, synths, and drums.

Cepeda created Poligamia, a Bogota-based rock band, of which he belonged for eight years, releasing four successful albums that included the hit songs "Fade" and "Mi Generación." He has received multiple diamond, platinum, and gold records, and his unique career has allowed him to tour the world and perform live shows and in studio with Latin superstars such as Juan Luis Guerra, Jessi & Joy, Cali & El Dandee, Morat, Joss Favela, Leo Dan, Fonesca, Ricardo Montaner, Kany Garcia, Tommy Torres, and many others.
